The Resident Assistant (RA)/Activity Aide positions at Shady Lane, Inc. are dedicated to providing compassionate care and promoting dignity and respect for residents. We are a non-profit community-based organization committed to offering quality care at a reasonable cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead Residents in group activities
• Do 1:1 activities
• Deliver mail
• Transport Residents to meals/activities
• Promote dignity and respect to residents
• Complete job duties while working in a team environment
• Practice good communication and cooperation

Requirements

• For Activity Aide: No current openings
• For Resident Assistant (RA): 16/24 Status, Three Weekends per month, AM/PM shift
• Starting wage for Resident Assistants (RA) for 1ST shift is $19+ per hour and $22+ per hour for 2ND/3RD shift for committing to 72-80 hours per pay period.
• Part Time wages start at $15+ per hour for 1ST shift and $17+ per hour for 2ND/3RD shift.
• More hours committed, more pay!
• RA’s that pass medication on their shift will receive an additional $2 per hour.
• We offer the CBRF Medication course to RA’s that are interested in passing medication.

Pay

• Starting wage for Resident Assistants (RA) for 1ST shift is $19+ per hour and $22+ per hour for 2ND/3RD shift for committing to 72-80 hours per pay period.
• Part Time wages start at $15+ per hour for 1ST shift and $17+ per hour for 2ND/3RD shift.
• Additional $2 per hour for RA’s that pass medication.
