Resident Assistant - Per Diem

We are seeking a Per Diem Resident Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents in private residences within a community setting. Under general supervision, responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily livingpreparing meals and supporting dining activities escorting residents to medical, social, and errandshelping plan and participate in social activitiesresponding to resident requests for reading, entertainment, and companionshipperforming home management tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, and mail sortingreminding residents to take medication as needed Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. Preferred skills include compassion, strong communication, and the ability to support residents’ independence and engagement. Compensation ranges from $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, with evening shifts primarily on weekends and some weekday availability preferred.
