Resident Assistant - Part-Time

Role Overview: This position involves providing compassionate care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining personal environments. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily tasks and personal care.Transport residents within the community to activities, departments, or dining areas.Respond promptly to emergency calls, resident or visitor requests, and environmental hazards.Follow resident care plans and monitor vital signs. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or equivalent.Meeting all state educational requirements for the role.CPR certification preferred.Experience working with elderly populations is advantageous.Calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor.
