Resident Assistant - Memory Care

About the role

Monarch Landing is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Resident Assistant to join their Memory Care team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Caregiver with a passion for working in Memory Care/Assisted Living, dependable, comfortable with working with a diverse group of both residents and co-workers, and seeking outstanding pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding care and support for residents in memory care
• Work every other weekend
• CNA certification preferred
• Previous Memory Care experience preferred

Requirements

• Part-Time, every other weekend, 1st and 2nd shifts available
• Full-Time 1st shift available

Qualifications

• Salary range $18.00-19.50/hour, based on experience
• 2nd shift differential: $1/hour
