About the Role

Join us in providing exceptional care to our residents at Spectrum Retirement Communities. You'll assist with the activities of daily living, transport residents, respond to emergencies, and adhere to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in grooming, bathing, and maintaining residents' personal environments.
• Transport residents to activities, other departments, or dining areas within the community.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident, and visitor requests, and address environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and adhere to resident care plans and obtain vital signs as necessary.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is appreciated.

Pay

$16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule

1st Shift (6am-2pm) and 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm)
