Resident Assistant (FT & PT)

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service
Requirements
- CNA / NA or PCA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Pay
Base Rate: $17.75 - $18.25 per hour. Evening Shift Differential: +$1.50 per hour. Sign-on Bonus: $2000 paid out – half at 90 days and half at 6 months.
Schedule
Full Time & Part Time shifts available: 2p‑10p.
