Resident Assistant (FT & PT)

The Resident Assistant at First Colonial Inn enhances the quality of life for residents through compassionate, person‑centered care and meaningful connections. This role supports residents with daily activities, encourages independence, and helps create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service.

Requirements

• CNA / NA or PCA certification (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

• Base rate: $17.75 – $18.25 per hour.
• Evening shift differential: +$1.50 per hour.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid in two installments (half at 90 days, half at 6 months).

Schedule

• Full‑time & part‑time positions.
• Shift: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
