About the role
Join our team of compassionate and dedicated individuals who support social interaction, community connection, support, and care for our residents. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide assistance with activities of daily living, observe and document, and assist with onboarding new associates.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Maintain residents' personal environments
- Provide observation and documentation
- Assist with onboarding of new associates
Requirements
- Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks independently
- Able to communicate effectively
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification required
