Resident Assistant/CNA - Memory Care

As a Resident Assistant/CNA, you will provide daily needs and activities for residents, approaching challenging situations with patience, pleasantness, and grace, treating co‑workers and residents with genuine kindness and care, presenting yourself professionally with a great attitude, and upholding honesty and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents’ physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other care duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks; set up, serve, and feed as necessary.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Accomplish tasks outside of normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality‑care environment.
• Participate in training opportunities and help other areas and staff in need.

Requirements

• “Can‑do” attitude and enjoyment of caring for others.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and stand for long periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and write.
