Resident Assistant/CNA - Casual Staffer

Responsibilities

• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Aid adults with activities of daily living.
• Create a safe, healthy, and productive daily living environment.
• Increase the quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED.
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills are required.
• The position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• The selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
