About the role
Responsible for assisting residents in daily living activities, maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility, and providing companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
- Provide companionship and support to residents
- Document resident activities and observations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with elderly individuals preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing care and support
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- First aid/cpr certification preferred
