About the role

Responsible for providing care and support to residents in a residential care facility. Duties include assisting with daily activities, medication management, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to healthcare providers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces
• Manage medication schedules and ensure proper administration
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in a caregiving or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
