Resident Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Make appropriate observations about resident's condition
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping services as needed

Requirements

• One year demonstrated experience in a caregiving role
• Current CNA or Home Health Aide preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
