About the role
Arbor's Luxurious Assisted Living Community in Norwood, NJ is hiring a Certified Caregiver (CNA or HHA) to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have at least 6 months of previous work experience as a CNA or HHA.
- CNA or HHA is REQUIRED.
- Memory Care experience is a plus!
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and compassionate individual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
