Resident Assistant
Responsible Duties
- Provide tenants with the highest quality of direct routine care in all activities of daily living.
- Apply skills in basic nursing, personal care, and basic restorative services.
- Understand and address the mental health and social service needs of tenants.
- Be mindful of the needs of cognitively impaired tenants.
- Implement the Service Plan for each tenant.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
