About the role
Resident Aide Edgerton Care Center is seeking to hire more Resident Assistants (RA) to assist in providing quality care to residents. As an RA, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and certified nurses’ aides. The RA completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient, safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families, and other health team members is an essential component of this position.
