About the role
As a key member of the healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care.Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient needs and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform routine diagnostic tests and monitor patient health status.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to explain procedures and treatment plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
- At least one year of relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
