Resident Assistant
About the role
Join our team and support social interaction, community connection, support and care for our residents. As a Resident Assistant, you will care for residents with compassion and dedication, providing assistance with activities of daily living and building meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Maintain residents' personal environments
- Provide observation and documentation
- Assist with onboarding of new Associates
Requirements
- Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks independently
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- BLS Certification required

Pay
$20.04-24.43 per hour plus $2.00 per hour shift premium for evening shift
