Job Overview

The Sycamore of River Falls is a full-service senior living community located in River Falls, WI. It includes 84 apartments, four villa patio twin home units, an underground parking garage, and maintenance rooms. Managed by Ebenezer, the property offers a mix of independent and assisted living options.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, showering, foot and fingernail care, shaving, dressing, assistance with hearing aids and glasses, hair care, feeding, toileting, escorts, and transfers.
• Performs health-related services as directed.
• Follows cleaning schedule for the shift worked.
• Delivers meal trays and assists with meal service in the dining room.
• Assists with resident social and recreational activities as assigned and requested.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
• Notifies staff of changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
• Serves as a mandated reporter and reports any concerns regarding potential mistreatment.
• Offers pertinent observations and input.
• Responds appropriately to resident and building emergencies.

Requirements

• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• At least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• One to three years related experience preferred.

Compensation within the posted range may vary based on various factors including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. The maximum of the range is not typically offered. If eligible, a sign-on bonus may also be available.
