Job Overview

Deephaven Woods Senior Living is located in Deephaven, MN, offering Independent/Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Assisted Living with 78 units. Managed by Ebenezer, the facility boasts an exceptional team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.

Week 1 Schedule

• Tues, Wed, Thur, Sat & Sun - 6am-2pm
• Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri - 6am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, showering, foot and fingernail care, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, escorts, 1-2 person transfers, and use of mechanical lift.
• Provides health-related services as directed: assists with treatments, administers medication, takes and records vital signs, performs specified home services.
• Observes tenants/residents and reports status to appropriate staff; notifies staff of changes in physical/emotional conditions; serves as a mandated reporter; responds to emergencies.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry and the facility must manage restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
