Job Overview

Deephaven Woods Senior Living is located in Deephaven, MN, near major highways and within easy reach of Wayzata and Minnetonka. The facility offers Independent/Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Assisted Living with 78 units managed by Ebenezer. The position is part-time, working 45 hours over two weeks, with Day shifts including every other Saturday/Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, foot and fingernail care, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Provides health-related services as directed, such as assisting with treatments, administering medication, taking vital signs, and performing specified home services.
• Serves as a mandated reporter and reports any concerns regarding potential mistreatment.
• Observes residents and reports changes in their physical and emotional conditions.
• Responds appropriately to resident and building emergencies.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Ability to use technology including computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
• If under 18, must be on the MN NA registry and the facility must manage restrictions that prevent independent operation of a mechanical lift or passing of medications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
