Resident Assistant - Aide

About the Role

We are looking for caring and compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team. This is an entry-level position with growth potential. In this role, you will help our residents with Activities of Daily Living within our communities. You’ll work together with other Partners to provide the best care for our residents. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing in a caring and supportive manner as needed per resident
• Provide supervision, cueing, or other non-weight-bearing assistance related to transfer ambulation as needed per resident
• Communicate, coordinate, and cooperate with resident needs and team structure
• Work as a team under the supervision and direction of the nurse in charge
• Quickly respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents as directed by the nurse in charge
• Assist residents with various other daily needs as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required

Pay

Starting at $13.25/hr, with increases based on experience. Shift differential for evening and weekends.
