About the Role

As a Resident Care Aide, you will strive to make the residents' experience outstanding. Multiple positions and statuses are available, including full-time, part-time, and all shifts. A sign-on/retention bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life functions such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist in the ambulation of residents to and from activities, dining room, and other locations as needed.
• Assume responsibility for the safety and redirection of residents in the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Prior experience in the care of elderly clients, preferred.
• Home Health Care or Certified Nurses' Aide Certificate, preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid Certificates, preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background clearance.
