We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have: - Title: Resident Advocate (not heading) - Department: Shelter - Location: Salt Lake County Site - Supervisor: Shelter Manager - Category: Full time (32 or 40 hours per week) - FLSA Status: Non-exempt - Pay: $17.00 per hour (differentials available for language/weekend hours) - Schedule: Flexibility in shifts worked is required as Shelter Services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Available shift Friday through Monday 2 pm- 10 pm (32 hours) and Sunday through Thursday 2 pm- 10 pm (40 hours). - GENERAL PURPOSE: description. - ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: list. - OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: list. - QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: list. - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education or experience in any Human Services field - WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: description. - EQUIPMENT USED: description. We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe GENERAL PURPOSE), Responsibilities (essential duties + other duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications & skills?), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe part of qualifications?), Benefits (none given), Pay (we have pay), Schedule (we have schedule). Also maybe we can combine some. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID etc. We must include only sections with real content. We have Pay and Schedule explicit. Benefits not mentioned, so omit Benefits section. We need About the role: we have GENERAL PURPOSE description. Could also include department, location, supervisor, category, FLSA status? Those are metadata; we could fold into a short

under About the role or maybe a separate section? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine metadata into About the role paragraph. Responsibilities: essential duties + other duties. Requirements: maybe qualifications & skills (required). Qualifications: preferred qualifications? Actually we have QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (required) and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. Could treat QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS as Requirements, and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS as Qualifications (or Skills). But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. Could put required qualifications under Requirements, and preferred under Qualifications. Skills maybe part of required qualifications? Could combine. But we must not create thin sections. Let's decide: - About the role: includes purpose, department, location, supervisor, category, FLSA status. - Responsibilities: essential duties + other duties (list). - Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS (required) list. - Qualifications: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (list). - Pay: pay info. - Schedule: schedule info. We could also include Skills as part of Requirements, but we have separate Skills heading; maybe we can omit Skills if we put skills in Requirements. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's just examples; we can choose which to include. We should not create empty sections. So we can include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Omit Skills if we don't have distinct skills section beyond what's in Requirements. Now we need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like specific duties, etc. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose, use

. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. First, About the role: combine purpose and metadata. Paragraph: "The Resident Advocate is primarily responsible for attending to the needs of Shelter residents and providing crisis support to callers on the 24-hour help line. SVS is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide options to anyone who has experienced domestic and sexual violence. SVS provides free and confidential services including emergency shelter, safe housing, trauma-informed counseling, advocacy, and tools for life." Then maybe add metadata: Department: Shelter; Location: Salt Lake County Site; Supervisor: Shelter Manager; Category: Full time (32 or 40 hours per week); FLSA Status: Non-exempt. Could be a separate

or same. Better to keep as one paragraph? Might be long but okay. Responsibilities: combine essential duties & other duties. Need to list each duty as

  • . Must preserve all details. Essential duties list: - Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance. The ability to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts is necessary to provide the required level of services to residents. - Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with residents, staff, volunteers, donors, and vendors. - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all client information. - Answer and manage multiple phone lines on the 24-hour help line; provide crisis advocacy, safety planning support, and referrals and information to help callers with guidance and resources; and document all activities in electronic database. - Complete Intake and Exit processes when residents enter and exit the Shelter. - Provide supportive advocacy, active listening, and support residential living needs for Shelter residents including help answering questions and providing supplies. - Assist residents with meal preparation as needed. - Clean bedrooms and bathrooms upon exit of residents and perform tasks necessary to maintain all areas free from health/safety/fire hazards. Basic cleaning tasks include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, changing bed sheets and washing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms. - Conduct safety and security checks of residents and property by moving inside and outside the facility. - Perform CPR and administer First Aid as needed. Other duties list: - Prepare activities for group meetings and act as a facilitator as assigned. - Monitor activity on camera security system to maintain safety of residents and security of property. - Complete miscellaneous duties to comply with sanitation, safety, health, and licensing regulations. We'll combine into one
maybe with all items. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS list: - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing in English. - Ability to demonstrate/utilize compassion, empathy, and respect when interacting with residents and callers on the 24-hour helpline. - Pass and maintain a clear Direct Access Clearance System (DACS) criminal background check. - Obtain First Aid and CPR Certification within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) and recertify every two years. Qualifications: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Education or experience in any Human Services field Pay: $17.00 per hour (differentials available for language/weekend hours) Schedule: Flexibility in shifts worked is required as Shelter Services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Available shift Friday through Monday 2 pm- 10 pm (32 hours) and Sunday through Thursday 2 pm- 10 pm (40 hours). We could also include Working Conditions & Physical Demands and Equipment Used maybe as part of About the role or Responsibilities? But they are substantive. Could add a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to add other headings but better to stick to those. However we must preserve all substantive information; we could fold Working Conditions and Equipment Used into About the role or Responsibilities as a paragraph. Let's add a paragraph under About the role after purpose: "The work environment varies..." etc. And equipment used. Thus About the role will contain purpose, metadata, working conditions, equipment. Now ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft HTML:

      About the role
