Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Maintain a safe and secure living environment
• Support residents' social and emotional needs
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for supporting others and making a difference

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
