Resident Advocate & Activities Coordinator - The Woodlands at Stowe

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops and social, cultural, and recreational activities for residents.
• Coordinate between residents, families, service providers, and Site Manager to ensure an active, independent life for residents.
• Work closely with the Site Manager to plan educational and wellness programs for residents.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree or BS in Social Work, gerontology, or counseling, desired.
• Experience: Experience in gerontology and/or social services delivery.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and be well organized.

Pay

$22-26/hour. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.
