About the role
The Resident Adjunct Professor of Psychology will deliver high-quality instruction in psychology courses, foster a Christ-centered learning environment, and support the mission and doctrinal values of the college.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with at least 18 credit hours* in Psychology or a closely related field.
- *18 graduate hours in psychology taught through a behavioral science or psychology science department.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise and effective teaching skills.
- Commitment to the mission, values, and doctrinal statement of the college.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior college-level teaching experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging, biblically integrated psychology courses.
- Develop course materials that align with the college’s doctrinal statement and academic standards.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with students and faculty to support student success.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development as needed.
