The Nurse Residency Program at BAYADA Home Health Care is designed for nursing graduates with a current valid nursing license in the United States and who have completed their nursing program. This unique program offers comprehensive training and support to help new nurses build their skills and confidence in providing high-quality home care.

- One-on-one nursing care
- Flexible scheduling after 6 weeks of training
- Electronic charting using Statewise
- Paid training and shadowing opportunities

- Around-the-clock clinical support by phone
- Nursing referral bonuses of $1,200
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
