BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program offers a unique opportunity for nursing graduates to gain valuable experience while earning a competitive salary. The program includes comprehensive training, shadowing, and simulation labs to ensure residents are well-prepared for their roles.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one nursing care, work flexible schedules, utilize electronic charting, receive $1,200 nursing referral bonuses, and benefit from around-the-clock clinical support.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling after a 6-week training program.
Pay
$1,200 nursing referral bonuses and competitive salary based on experience.
