About the role
The Nurse Residency Program at BAYADA Home Health Care is designed for nursing graduates with a current valid nursing license in the United States and who have completed their nursing program. This unique program offers comprehensive training and support, culminating in ANCC accreditation.
Responsibilities
- One-on-one nursing care
- Flexible scheduling after 6 weeks of training

- Paid training and shadowing opportunities

Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR certification in good standing
