An Emergency Medicine Core Faculty member responsible for teaching and mentoring residents, supporting accreditation standards, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor residents in emergency medicine.
• Develop engaging curricula and assess resident performance.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees.
• Maintain active clinical practice while fulfilling faculty duties.
• Supervise residents in clinical settings and support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current ABMS certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Active medical license in the state of practice.
• Physician partner status.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with medical and administrative software systems.
• Knowledge of accreditation policies and best practices in emergency medicine.
