Residence Inn Phoenix Glendale Peoria - Front Desk Agent

We are looking for candidates who have open availability, including weekends, and are flexible with a mix of our AM and PM shifts (7a–3p and 3p–11p). This position is expected to be about 20 hours per week, with possible full-time potential.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Superstar: Bring warm vibes and top-tier service to make guests feel at home, ensuring every interaction—from quick questions to big requests—makes their stay unforgettable.
• Communication Champ: Communicate clearly, confidently, and with a smile, whether chatting with guests or coordinating with the team to keep operations smooth.
• Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: Address challenges promptly, thinking fast and acting smart to turn potential issues into positive guest experiences.
• Multitasking Marvel: Juggle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details while keeping everything organized and running efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
