About the role
The successful candidate will manage a team of residence hall staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residence halls
- Manage a team of residence hall staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents
- Implement and enforce university policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other campus departments to support resident needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in student affairs or similar field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with crisis management and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background check required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
