RESG Operations Manager
About the role
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a RESG Operations Manager to oversee various services including vendor contract services, operational support, EHS, transportation and logistics, and physical records management. The ideal candidate will manage these services, ensure compliance, and provide oversight for the 4th District.
Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor contract services for the 4th District, including food services, housekeeping, snow removal, and landscaping.
- Manage performance to meet service expectations and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage additional contractors and technical experts as necessary to service the properties in accordance with Bank standards and tenant lease requirements.
- Maintain frequent contact with key stakeholders to improve delivery service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with customer and performance standards and procedures, and measure progress to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and manage department staff to maximize effectiveness.
- Provide support, oversight, and supervision for conference operations, transportation and logistics, mail and central receiving, physical records management, and operational support services.
- Coordinate 4th District RESG initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and ensure compliance with performance/control standards and procedures for both in-house and contracted services, and measure and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and administer data/information mapping.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering / Technical, or other degree with a minimum of 7 years of diverse professional work experience which may include 3+ years of supervisory responsibilities, or
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of diverse professional work experience which may include 1+ years of supervisory responsibilities.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Knowledge Area – Advanced Level:
- Ability to perform independent research.
- Knowledge of and the ability to work within/develop an agile work environment utilizing Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and practices of a specific discipline (e.g., Accounting, Bank Examination, Budgeting, etc.).
- Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Project management.
- Skill Area – Advanced Level:
- Analytical.

Pay
The expected starting salary range for the RESG Operations Manager is between $111,400 and $139,200 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
Schedule
The expected starting salary range for this position is between $20 and $23 hourly. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
