Reset/Relief Sales Representative

About the role

As a Full-Time Reset/Relief Sales Representative at Viking Coca Cola, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by completing sales routes during absences or peak demand periods. You will manage customer inventory with precision, entering orders into handheld devices and performing merchandising resets at various locations. Your creativity will shine as you place and arrange fixtures and displays that catch the eye of customers. Maintaining a high level of friendly and professional service is essential, ensuring positive relationships with both customers and store managers. You will stay updated on new products and services to address customer inquiries effectively, respond to customer issues, implement promotional strategies, and maintain open communication with delivery representatives.

Responsibilities

• Complete sales routes during team absences or peak demand periods
• Manage customer inventory and enter orders using handheld devices
• Perform merchandising resets at various retail locations
• Place and arrange fixtures and displays to maximize customer engagement
• Maintain friendly and professional service with customers and store managers
• Stay updated on new products and services to address customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and implement promotional strategies
• Communicate effectively with delivery representatives

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Proficiency in merchandising and fixture placement
• Experience with customer inventory management using handheld devices
• Route planning and execution skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move merchandise
• Proficiency in mobile and order-entry systems
