Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and develop rapport with guests.
- Identify guests' needs and tailor creative experiences for them.
- Confidently close new sales and overcome objections when necessary.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices.
- Complete all tasks including reservation handling efficiently and accurately.
- Attend regular meetings and other duties as determined by leadership.
