Reservations- PBX Operator - Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations.
• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations.
• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel experience.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Operator experience is highly preferred.

About the Role

The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is seeking a Communications Operator to join their team. Located in the scenic Texas Hill Country, the resort offers luxury amenities, expansive event space, exceptional dining, and premier recreational experiences. The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of hotel experience, schedule flexibility, and operator experience is highly preferred.
