Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for dealing with all inbound calls and converting these to bookings, as well as giving advice via email.
• Building rapport with our customers and Travel partners by providing professional, informative, and friendly responses to enquiries, remaining professional, courteous and conscientious throughout
• Identifying customer needs and matching them to a suitable product
• You will receive inbound calls from our customers and continue to own the relationship with those customers.
