Reservation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations team.
• Manage room reservations through all booking channels with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure prompt responses to guest inquiries, booking requests, amendments, and cancellations.
• Cook with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping to optimize room inventory and guest experience.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and provide effective service recovery.
• Support revenue growth through upselling, inventory management, and booking conversion.
• Coach, train, and monitor the performance of Reservation Agents.
• Prepare reservation reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and reservation systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.
