Reservation Manager part time (20 hours/weekends)

Responsibilities

• Aid in calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports to aid in effective equipment placement and contract management.
• Afford assistance with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
• Assist with propane certification and service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email).
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
