About the Role
U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented individual with a passion for customer service to join as a Reservation Manager Agent. In this dynamic role, you'll work under the Traffic Control Manager, focusing on reservation placement, equipment distribution, and supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Assist with incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management
- Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels
- Review reports for effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts to ensure equipment availability and accuracy
- Assist with U-Haul's U-Box portable storage product
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word, email)
- Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking
