Reservation Agent (Part time)-2

Responsibilities

• Aid in calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status.
• Review reports to aid in equipment placement and contract creation.
• Afford assistance with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment (multiline phones, etc.) and phone etiquette.
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
