Reservation Agent (Part time)-2

U‑Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent who enjoys being part of a team, provides outstanding customer service, is results‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the primary focus is supporting customers, field team members, and U‑Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity status to balance regional market inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts to ensure equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
