Research Technician I, Psychiatry

About the Role

The College of Medicine-Tucson, Department of Psychiatry is leading efforts to understand, diagnose, treat, and prevent psychiatric disorders; prepare future clinicians; provide state-of-the-art care; and guide community efforts to improve behavioral health.

We are seeking Research Technician I positions to conduct and support human subjects research by setting up and conducting study tasks in the lab during sleep deprivation studies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to study protocol procedures
• Apply techniques to meet specific experimental requirements
• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, instruments, and apparatus
