Research Support Specialist, Pediatrics

About the Role

The Research Support Specialist will contribute to ongoing grocery shopping research in the Child Health and Behavior Lab at the largest comprehensive research foundation in the country. Under the direction of a research scientist, you will carry out complex analytical tasks requiring theoretical and practical application of specialized knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and make decisions within defined test or analytical protocols
• Carry out assignments that incorporate highly specialized training in a specific specialty and in the operation of applicable equipment
• Conduct test procedures using specialized methods for data collation and interpretation
• Contribute to ongoing grocery shopping research in the Child Health and Behavior Lab
• Assist with study administration and intervention implementation (e.g., prefilled online grocery carts)
• Support data collection with participants, including phone/video interviews
• Contribute to data coding
