Research Study Coordinator-Psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Recruits research participants via cold-calling, emails, presentations, etc.
• Performs data collection, administration of psychophysics, surveys, and collects biological samples; assists in data integrity.
• Assists in gift card compensation, regulatory documentation, and other aspects of data collection, storage, and processing, per sponsor and site-specific protocols.
• Assists in all phases of data collection, data management, and regulatory processes.
• Affords responsibility for documentation compilation and reporting of quality checks on data to the Principal Investigator (PI).
• Maintains regulatory documentation from all participating institutions.
• Performs extraction and analysis of data, including psychophysical data, clinical and demographic data, and statistical analyses.
• Affords the principal investigator with the publication of data, grant and manuscript writing, and preparation of proposals.
• Maintains lab inventory and orders supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field of study. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
• EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of research experience.
• MUST HAVE: Valid Driver’s License and a personal vehicle is required.
