Research Specialist - Fully Remote | Up to $60/hr

Position: Generalist (Must own MacBook). Type: Contract. Compensation: $50–$60/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: 10–20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models.
• Evaluate and improve AI model performance through structured research and analysis.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines with flexibility.
• Gather and summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training.

Qualifications

• Must own a MacBook with Apple Silicon (ARM) or M-series chip.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or 2‑3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
• Preferred: Interdisciplinary degree.

Pay

$50–$60 per hour.
