About the role

We are looking for a Generalist (Macbook User) to develop high-quality research materials, gather and summarize information, and provide structured feedback to improve AI model training and outputs. This is a remote, contract position requiring 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models.
• Gather and clearly summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and elevate model performance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.

Requirements

• Must have a Macbook with Apple Silicon (ARM) or M-series chip.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master’s studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor’s from a prestigious institution.
• Strong online research and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interdisciplinary degree.

Pay

$50–$60/hour

Schedule

10–20 hours/week, contract basis. Immediate start preferred.
