Check for any duplicated content: We have included Job Summary content in About the role. Ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Why Join Us" section includes Impactful Research, Collaborative Environment, Professional Growth & Connection, About RESTORE mission/vision, team description, etc. We omitted that. That is substantive. Should we include a section like "About the team" or "Why Join Us"? The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't list "Why Join Us" as a standard heading, but we could incorporate that content under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the team". However they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The posting has "Why Join Us" with subheadings: Impactful Research, Collaborative Environment, Professional Growth & Connection, About RESTORE, etc. That's substantive. We need to preserve all substantive information. Where to put it? Could be under About the role or a separate section like "About the team". Since they didn't list a standard heading for that, we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. But we must not lose details. Let's add a paragraph after the initial About the role content that includes the Why Join Us details. We can expand About the role paragraph to include: Impactful Research: Engage in high-impact studies that directly translate to healthcare systems and communities, improving patient experience and reducing healthcare costs. Collaborative Environment: Be part of a vibrant, growing team at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, committed to collaboration, innovative methods, new technologies, and excellence. Professional Growth & Connection: Participate in monthly Lunch & Learn sessions and take advantage of departmental resources that support professional development and foster a strong sense of community among Research Services Professionals. About RESTORE: Mission: Committed to optimizing movement and quality of life in older adults through innovative research and educational excellence. Vision: To be a world-class leader in rehabilitation research and education, transforming lives through movement innovation. The RESTORE team is comprised of dedicated faculty, research assistants, post-doctoral fellows, PhD and master’s students, Doctor of Physical Therapy students and interns, supported by a network of multidisciplinary collaborators. We are searching for an individual who can manage multiple research projects at various stages of completion and who excels both independently and as part of a team. If you have the skills and drive to contribute to our transformative science, consider joining the RESTORE team. Join us in our mission to transform lives through innovative rehabilitation research. Apply today to become a part of our world-class RESTORE team! But note: "Apply today to become a part of our world-class RESTORE team!" is application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So we should omit that sentence. Also "Apply today to become a part of our world-class RESTORE team!" is an application instruction, remove. Also "Join us in our mission to transform lives through innovative rehabilitation research." is maybe okay as motivational but not instruction. It's fine. We must also remove "Why work for the University? We have AMAZING benefits..." which we already captured in Benefits. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for any leftover duplicated lines: The About the role paragraph originally had some duplicated sentences about entry
