Research Scientist
About the role
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Research Scientist to support mission critical training programs.
Responsibilities
- Use different measurement approaches to evaluate performance
- Perform psychometrics
- Use scientific survey methodologies
- Perform validations
- Develop legally defensible talent evaluation programs
Requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience leading a team and developing research strategy and program on how to efficiently evaluate talent
- Experience developing and iterating on testing, experimenting and evaluating content prior to program launch
- Experience conducting psychometric analyses to evaluate the integrity and practical application of various methods
- Understanding of Kirkpatrick Model to support the development of performance-based assessments
- Six (6) years of documented experience in developing assessment and performance evaluations
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Organization or a directly related field from an accredited college or university
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Highly Preferred: Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Organization or related field from an accredited college or university, and two years of test development and survey analysis experience.

Pay
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The expected salary range for this position is: $107,100.00 - $161,800.00
